Our Story
Hugo's is a family-owned eatery located in the North West of Lancashire. The owners, Abby and James, are a husband-and-wife team who share a passion for great food and great company - exactly what daytime dining brings.
The 'Hugo's' name comes from their first shared pet, who was a Yorkie cross Poodle, with an infectious enthusiasm for life. The business is named after him instead of their kids, as in their house, there are no favourites!
James comes from a long line of successful Liverpudlian food businesses: Bramley's, Café 53, T-Bone and Granny's while Abby previously ran a thriving pizzeria in Preston - often calling on James for free labour on deliveries when they first met.

All of our drinks and dishes are made and served by our Hugo's team - If you have any allergies, please let a member of our team know so that we can accommodate to make your dining experience safe and easy.

At Hugo's, we are proud to host special occasions for our patrons. Whether it's a birthday party, a baby shower, or a family get-together, we will go above and beyond to ensure your day is extra special!
